Cabin

The cabin was our home during construction of the main house. Since then we have added many features, laundry area, kitchenette, walls to create private bedroom area, closet, laminate wood flooring, propane vent less heater and ceiling fan. The bathroom has heater vent combination. The cabin is heated and cooled with heater air conditioner combination.

Appliances include range with full size oven, microwave, and large refrigerator. Area is suitable for use for rental as part of the Bed and Breakfast, or rented for regular additional income. Currently, the small house is rented for $350 and the renter pays additional utilities..
