Great Room

The fire place is framed by built in book selves and cabinet. The file place is wood burning used for atmosphere, built to provide room heat incase of emergency. The fire place is Heatilater with forced air fan that can be used to warm the ground floor is case of emergency. All lights in the room (including dimmer controlled) are on three way switches allowing you to light the room regardless of the entry you select.

Huge Kitchen

Appliances were all new with construction and are less than 4 years old. Appliances are top of the line throughout. Double oven with convection feature on top, reduces cooking time and save 30% energy. 28 cu ft refrigerator, propane gas five burner range with concealed exhaust fan and hot water spout complete the appliances in the kitchen Over 20 ft of counter workspace provide on light oak cabinets provide ample storage and work space. The refrigerator is framed with double pantry cabinets. Off the kitchen is a breakfast area with table and a couple chairs.

Formal Sitting Room

This room is furnished with personal items except the couch and chair which could be included. 11X12 room with space for desk and furniture. We currently use the room to display collections from years of travel.

Formal Dining Room

Large enough for even the largest tables. Table and 10 chairs $3,500. The table has two leaves that extend the size from 54 inches long to 96 inches, leaves are hidden in the table and is pedestal one person table set up. Snap locks keep the table tight when in use.

Master Bed Room One

Bathroom private commode room, jetted large tub, full size washing machine and dryer are key elements of this large bathroom. His and her walk-in closets are the gateway to the oversized bedroom. Bring you bedroom suite and move into this suite.
